BG On The Road is available anywhere in the United States,
Canada and Puerto Rico.
It’s good for 4 months or 5,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the date a BG service is performed by a BG Authorized Service Center.
The service is available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you need road service, simply call the toll-free number
on your BG On The Road service card and provide the operator with the
information listed on your card. A roadside service provider will be
dispatched immediately. You do not pay the service provider for the first $75.00
of services listed above (per service period)—they are compliments of the
BG Authorized Service Center and courtesy of BG Products, Inc.
This service does not include recreational or commercial vehicles,
or any necessary repairs. This service excludes in-house
maintenance/repair facilities.
Roadside Service Procedure
Call the toll-free 800 number on your service card and tell the operator:
1 Your name
2 Your BG On The Road access code
3 The current location of your vehicle
4 The Vehicle Identification Number
5 The vehicle’s mileage
6 The vehicle’s year, make and color
7 Describe the vehicle’s problem
Vehicle must be attended when service arrives.
Length of Roadside Assistance
Available for 4 months or 5,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the date of BG service. If your vehicle becomes inoperable, it will be towed to an appropriate service center (subject to $75 road service limit per service period).
All other emergency roadside services will be dispatched as required. Cost of gas, other fluids, key replacement or actual repairs not included.
Exclusions
BG On The Road covers only legally registered passenger cars, vans,
SUV's and pick-up trucks with a GVW of 9,500 pounds or less.
It does not cover vehicles used, designed or modified for commercial
(i.e. delivery vehicles, utility service vehicles, limousines, taxi's, or hearses),
emergency, law enforcement, public transportation vehicles,
field-agricultural or competitive purposes. Motorcycles,
RV's, and vehicles with more than two axles are also excluded.
This service excludes in-house maintenance/repair facilities.
In the case of a leased vehicle, the lessee must be
primarily obligated for repairs and maintenance.
